I really enjoyed 1 night in this property. The hotel was fairly clean. The rooms were clean and cozy. The location seemed strategic and great in the middle of Jackson. It was close to restaurants, retail shops, malls, and laundromats. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport.

The views from the room were limited as they overlooked another building and a back road.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, it felt a bit cramped for two people. The bathroom door was also annoying as it didn't stay open, constantly squeaking back and forth.

I stayed at this hotel in Kota Kinabalu for 3 nights for a vacation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a hot shower. The hotel is conveniently located near a seven eleven, shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. It's also close to the bus terminal for easy access to Brunei. The reception area is spacious and bright, and the staff were friendly and helpful. a great experience.

walked into this hotel in kota kinabalu after my previous stay and it was a pleasant surprise. friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location near shops and restaurants. a perfect spot to relax for a couple of nights. exceeded my expectations!
